Working as a Construction Planner for over three years on three smart motorway projects; I have worked as part of a team to translate the Client's requirements into a delivery strategy. Mapping and then assisting in the management of human (through the effective use of Collaborative Planning sessions) and material resource requirements and sequencing to effectively achieve the end delivery of a project.
Managed and facilitated the construction planning requirements, pre-award, construction and post construction works for multiple fast track new build, refresh and extension projects for Tesco PLC.
Construction Planner at Mount Anvil, working on pre-construction projects for nearly 2 years, plus working on live projects for nearly 4, including Dollar Bay, Lexicon, Keybridge House, Queen's Wharf & Hampstead Manor.
