After many, many years in predominantly Tier 1 construction, I decided to create my own planning consultancy company, 'Blue-Sky Construction Planning Services'. I have not stopped my regular work committments (even during the current pandemic shutdown). All aspects of the planing role are carried out from tender submissions, to methodologies, graphics/layouts, also regular monitoring & status reporting as well as independant 'health checks" of troubled or specialty projects. Extension of Time claim preparation & opinions/advice. Training of others.

Tendering, Planning, Organising, Implementing and Controlling projects from start to completion

Managing the procurement, scope, time, cost, quality, human resources and project variations
