Provided program/project leadership to cross-functional team of environmental, safety/health, engineering/design, scheduling, estimating, planning, project control, finance and project management personnel spanning multiple work site contractors. Developed scope, WBS, schedule, budget and resource estimates for assigned tasks. Compiled input for schedule status, project control reports, and earned value curves providing output to the project team. Participated in prime contracting to include cost plus, T&M, FFP as well as sub-contract claims negotiation.

• Supported project start up, coordinate all construction activities and attend sponsor meetings
• Created the project plan using Primavera P6 and Earned Value Management with Ms Excel
• Managed schedule to insure the project runs smoothly and within the budget
• Prepared project budget and estimate the cost and the material for each task
• Managed the project contract and prepare variations
• Prepared and present project status report and progress reports
• Maintained positive relationships with customers, contractors and suppliers
