Assist in the development and maintenance of the Construction part of a predifined EP schedule, Level 2 and above. Assist in the development and maintenance of the Early Works and Mobilization schedule of the project. Progress monitoring and reporting on a daily/weekly and monthly basis.

Major Duties:
Ø Prepare Weekly Internal Report for HQ including update of programme, quantity of excavation and backfill work done, concrete casting progress, progress layout in CAD, variance analysis;
Ø Prepare Weekly LTA Report including tabulation of work done for struts installation and removal, excavation and backfilling, concrete quantity, brackets installation, architectural progress and progress layouts in CAD;
• Monitoring project operations with a view to ensure timely accomplishment of targets within the scope, time and cost parameters
• Providing site team with the required look ahead schedule and progress update in order to meet the project schedule and planned progress milestones
• Conduct and coordinate progress meetings and coordination meetings along with client, main contractor, consultant, subcontractor and my project team.
