Planning & Scheduling Engineer

• Plan, schedule, update and control project activities and prepare various reports.
• Material approval, purchase requisition and follow up material delivery.
• Manpower allocation & co-ordinate with the execution team for day-to-day activities.
• Direct the quantity surveying team for monthly project billing and its processing with client.

• Planning, scheduling, monitoring, controlling & reporting the Springs & Wadia Center development projects.
• Preparation of Techno-Commercial evaluation, LOI, Work Order etc. and reports of contractors and consultants.
• Review BoQ, Specifications & Tender documents and Co-ordinate tendering process.
• Work out Oracle Projects (ERP) development and integration with MS Project / Primavera software.

•Review and understand all relevant documents and conditions pertaining to the project.



•Attend the formal handover from Proposals and Estimating at the start of the project in accordance with Corporate Procedures.



•Establish and define any job oriented project control procedures and identify the level of resources required to operate the
