1. Develop, review and maintain the project plans and baseline schedules using Primavera
2. Monitor progress throughout the construction process on a weekly basis and compare with work plan (Actual vs Baseline Schedule)
3. Identify and review regularly, critical and sub-critical activities and monitor its impact on overall plan
4. Develop and maintain project change control and review scope change requests for impact on schedules and the critical path of the project.

• Reporting and Continuous Improvement of Maintenance Kpi’s.

• Provide Guidance To Formulation Of Long Term Outage Plan.

• PMC services of Overall Cross-Country Pipe Line to Reliance Gas Pipelines Ltd. (India), for EPC Dhaej Nagothane Ethane Pipeline (DNEPL) consist of pipeline of 12 inch and combined length of 480 Kms.

• Engineering, Procurement & Construction Services of Cross Country Pipe Line to Oil & Natural Gas Corporation Ltd. (ONGC) India, for Pipeline Replacement Project of Ahmedabad Assets (PRP-AMD), consist of pipeline of 4, 6, 8, 12, & 14 inch and combined length of 248 Kms.

Ø  Main scope includes Engineering, Procurement and Construction work (Temporary facilities, Civil, UG Piping, Electrical, Instrument and Pre-Commissioning).

Ø  Able to understand the Technical Scope of work, Scheduling / Planning the appropriate set of activities and ensuring on timely completion of Project by Operating  Primavera Software.

Ø  Developing of EPC Master Schedule using Primavera P6 Software and updates on weekly basis.

• Preparing bid schedules for all projects in the bidding stage. • 

• Preparing baseline schedules for all awarded projects.

A member of Network Rail Southern Region Power Upgrade Project, resposible for the development of programmes to support HMRI Railway Safety Regulations were met regarding the replacement of Mark 1 Slam Door Trains.

Working on the Engineering side of the Future Growth Project (FGP) in the areas of Brownfield, Overhead Power Distribution (OHPD), Fibre Optic Backbone (FOB) and Tie-ins. My role for the client (TCO) involves closely monitoring the KPJV planning element along with other specialist contractors involved with the Engineering aspect of the project. I am also a focal point between Engineering and Construction (for my areas)....
