1-    Develop and update project schedule to ensure project performance optimization

2-    Regularly flag issues of concern and raise alert reports to keep Management informed of problems, issues and required corrective actions.

3-    Ensure contractors provide resource loaded schedules at agreed intervals to secure constructionprogress on time and within budget

·Review and understand the scope of works through drawings post award of contract.

·Discuss with site team for realistic production rates and resource levels for the works being undertaken. Understand the site constraints and logistics. Discussion with all departments such as Design, M&E and sub-contractors in order to produce a fully coordinated plan.
