Responsiblities: 

Assigned in External works and Facade

liaise with engineering and construction team to prepare schedule and programmes

Assist with the preparation of weekly and monthly progress reports

Production of "what if" scenario and ad hoc plans as required

Review NSC's construction programme, S curves and other monitoring tools

Consolidate and create coordination programme

Support other teams if required

Preparation of Tender programmes for other projects.

·         Resource lodging & updating the Construction schedule.

·         Preparation of Project Budget, Cash Flow.

·         Develop project schedule for the execution of work covering schedule, manpower and progress, utilizing Primavera (P3).

·         Give input to and review subcontractors – plans to ensure logic and interfaces with project planning.

·         Physical & financial progress monitoring of all trades of work and report deviations.
