Preparation of Integrated Master Schedules with Primavera P6.

Preparation of Revised Schedules, Monitoring of the Construction activities from time to time.

Structured Schedule Model Development, Maintenances, Monitoring and Control of the Schedule Model.

Development and Preparation of Resource and Cost S-Curves and Histogram.

Development of contract key dates, milestones and plan dates to align with the overall project Schedule/Deliverables.

Planning and controls management over a 35 year period with several major contractors in th UK and abroad

In addition , qualified with OND in 1982 ; again with BSc in 1986 and then with Phd in 1994 .

Similarly , progressed through the IOB from Student/Member/Fellow in the same timescales

Participated in the Study phase for the construction of an alumina refinery. Reviewed the project schedule and recommended corrective actions. Participated in the cost estimate reviews.

- Validate the schedules prepared for Authorisation to Proceed milestone;

- Provide technical support to the Operational group;

- Participate in a pilot project for the implementation of EPM in an Operational division.
