1. Assisting in Preparation of Baseline Schedule and Recovery / Revised Baseline Programme.

2. Recording Weekly Site Progress and updating the schedule monthly.

3. Submission of Weekly & Monthly Progress Report.

4. Monitoring Shop Drawing / Material Approval / Procurement Log Sheets.

As planning Engineer responsible for all the planning, scheduling, Reporting and many other works.

·         Assured Contractor’s programme after contract awarded based on planning principles, Transmission Procedure 193, mandatory milestones, outages, links, budgeted cost and WBS mapping.

·         Ensured Contractor’s programmes are fit for NEC3 type of contract – Option A –E.

• Creating tender, baseline and target program for different projects.
• Preparing the Weekly and Monthly Progress reports For the Different Projects.
• Monitor and Review the work progress in the site.
• Weekly update, review and analyse of schedules and identify the critical and sub-critical causes of delay.
• Attend weekly progress meeting with the Clients and Consultants.  
• Review and continuously monitor the subcontractors program and make sure it will not cause any delay.
