As a Cost controller: Bill of quantities analysis and allocation to sub-contractors; Participation in the re-budgeting of the overall project; 

As a Planning/Claims Manager

– Road construction.

To control, report  and assess all costs related to the construction project. To develop the most appropriate method and sequence of construction operations in a highway project, in conjunction with the site manager.  

1. Tracking & Monitoring of L2 & L3 EPC Schedule on the basis of Daily, Weekly Monthly & Quarterly progress reports.
2. Preparation of S-Curve for different Project.
3. Cost Control & Cost Analysis
4. Monitoring progress throughout the construction process and comparing this with the projected schedule of work, and highlight action to meet the schedule, if delayed
5. Delay analysis for the different Project on the basis of SPI and Current Back Log.
6. Preparation of MIS Reports for the Top Management on Weekly & Monthly basis.
7. Gathering

1.      Overall responsibility of Planning – Viaduct in co-ordination with the Stations team

2.      Schedule preparation, monitoring progress and updating schedule (Initial schedule with MSP and subsequently working on P6 package).

3.      CPM Programme for Viaduct Project.

4.      Updating the Baseline Programme & Recovery Programmes.
