I am Eugene Susarno Quijada. Naturally born in Philippines. 31 years of age, married with one and only wife with two chilren. I graduated my BS in Civil Engineering last 2006 from Mindanao State University in Philippines and took my professional license (in Philippines - PRC) by 2007. So, I am a Civil Engineer by profession. Previously this past 5 years I have been vastly involved in Quantity Surveying which involves mostly in technical works such as Estimates, Bar bending schedules, setting out datas, shop drwings and detailings and even project Planning and control.
