I am currently working on an integrated NEC contract Programme for the Shieldhall Strategic Tunnel on behalf of Scottish Water, the Clause 31 programme is accepted and the Clause 32 revised programme is in progress. The updated revised programme is used to generate internal and client progress and management reporting. The programme is operated using the general principles of Earned Value Management System, Programme Analysis Pamphlet DCMA-EA PAM 200.1
· Creating Project Execution schedules, Prepare Master Time Schedule.
