Expert Witness, Road Rehabilitation Project, Uganda. Arbitration under the Procedural Rules of Conciliation and Arbitration of Contracts Financed by the European Development Fund Instructed by Corbett & Co., lawyers for the Employer. Produced an expert report, prepared a joint memorandum with claimant’s expert, gave evidence at the hearing in London, Prepared Report for phase 2 settlement.

Expert advice,Temple Mills Bridge. , road bridge re-build. Instructed by a London Borough Council, produced expert opinion report on manufacturing and construction delays on a six-lane road bridge re-build.
