Project Undertaken: Infrastructure Development works for the Jaber Al Ahmad City project N1 & N3. The proposed area of the project is 982 hectares that will accommodate approximately 5700 dwelling units of Kuwaiti foundation.

Work included Planning, Scheduling and Controlling of the whole project to meet the objectives managed by senior management. Prepare various schedules and reports for Management and clients on the revision to all scope, estimate and schedules. Quantity Calculations, Technical tender evaluations. etc.

Following and tracking of the Contract on all its course with the following responsibilities:

– tracking and responsible for good evolution of all the co-ordinated works from technical and financial point of view;

– Informing the Upper Management about the status of the contract;

– To petition the Investor for contract documentation, checking the execution documentation;

– Studying the contract, technical demands and execution documentation;

– Following all the financial guarantee clauses of the contract to be accomplished;
