Construction of North Luzon Expressway Connecting Mindanao Avenue and Existing NLEX. Contract including construction of 2 bridges, toll plaza, clover lift (8 ramps), Drainage and Slope Protection Structures and Employers Representative Building Structures. It's a great challenge in the part of the contractor to build an expressway in the Highly Urbanized City of Manila, however, due to good management and operations experience the project was delivered on time.



 Engage in projects tender, coordinate with engineering manager in establishing working construction methodology.

Project:(JP 148) Supply and Replacement of Drinking Water Pipeline including Supply and Laying of Irrigation water pipeline in Refinery and Township Area at AZAWIYA.

Current Role: Senior Planner at BAM Nuttall Ltd - Structures, Bridges & Highways, London 2012 Olympcis Project, Stratford; October 2008 - to date.

Duties & Responsibilities: Prepare tender programme, contract programme with chnage management, EVM, NEC 3 Contract, Delay analysis, prepare and update Compensation event and quantity tracker, Project controls. 

Recently professionally qualified (Nov 2011) Eng TECH, TMICE showing competence in NEC 3 contract programme management as a planner role.

• Take Offs;

• Preparation of tenders, Tender invitation, Quote evaluation;

• Programming and Tracking project timelines;

• Preparation of daily, weekly and monthly reports;

• Obtaining and comparing quotes from trades, sub-contractors and suppliers, generating purchase orders;

• Forecasting labour loads, material and labour costs calculations and analysis, estimate plans development;

• Ensure sub-contractors/suppliers conform to project specification/standard requirements.

1/ Rao II cable stayed bridge project (ODA project) - MT Hojgaad's Office management-Denmark Contractor- Apr 2010 - Present

Position: Planning Engineer.

- Preparation and control Master schedule, Production schedule, Weekly schedule in Cable stayed bridge project.

Contract programme review and report generation as well as 4D model creation.

Project Schedule development, Progress Reports, Level 4 Construction Schedule development and updating. Daily Diary Processing and Productivity Reports.
