ü  Execution of Major & minor culvert with layout, formwork, concreting etc

ü  Execution of Controlled blasting work with safety

ü  Execution of Embankment

ü  Preparation of Bar bending schedule.

ü  Maintaining contractors MBs

Setting the Contractor strategy ant the contracting politics.



⇒ Planning and Scheduling in MS Project & Asta Power Project.



⇒ Setting the main assumptions for critical path and technological procedures for Time Schedule prepparation, ongoing verifiation and adaptation.



⇒ Continous cooperation with Site Manager and Site Engineers.



⇒ Contractor representation in front of Employer and Engineer.



⇒ Controling the on-site activity in accordance to signed Contract, Building Law, Public Procurement Law and Common Law.

Pre-contract: Coordinating and preparing appropriate tender and contractual documentation and procedures for various construction projects in the Middle East.

Post-contract:  Providing planning services in implementation of the project, establishing the schedules as outlined in the project conceptual stage. Responsible for timely issue of project planning deliverables & progress reports.

Railway Construction;

Tracking and monitoring in MS Project and Primavera P3.

Project: Northern Line MRT Project/ Circle Line MRT Project/ Jurong Oil Refinery/ Pfizer Pharmaceutical factory (Over SG $ 80Million), Deep Tunnel Sewerage System.
