Planning engineer for the CBI (Computer Based Interlocking) subproject within the London Underground's Resignalling Project, awarded to Bombardier Transportation (Silver Atena's client). Total Project Budget: 350 millions of pounds. Functional duties to the Project Core Team -To support the Project Manager in discussions related to delays and/or improvements of the schedule. -To support the Project Manager or Supply Manager representatives communicating detailed schedule objectives or issues to suppliers.

The AECOM Simandou Project is comprised of two principle components:
A 650 km-long Trans-Guinean railway to transport iron ore from the mine to the coast.
Rio Tinto (RTIO) contracted the engineering services to Fluor as an EPCM contract with AECOM as a sub-consultant.

·         Prepared detailed takeoffs from division 2 to division 13.

·         Advised and coordinate the procurement Engineer on procurement strategy.

·         Prepared a cost price breakdown for a new works not included in the BOQ.

·         Revised cost price breakdown for potential savings.

·         Analyzed bid drawing with approval or IFC drawing for cost comparison and for potential savings.

·         Prepared detailed takeoffs from division 2 to division 13.

·         Prepared the materials schedule for approval and request for quotation (RFQ).

·         Prepared a cost price breakdown for a new works not included in the BOQ.
