Contract Project Planner for Network Rail IP Central Region team, assisting with central planning functions, particularly the managing and monitoring of Signal Tester and OLE resource demands for critical Bank Holiday works and programme compliance with the IP Central 6 year Plan and the Signalling Team's Commissioning Diary.

Contract Project Planner for Arup Ltd assisting on the maintenance and development of the Croxley Rail Link design programme for Network Rail and London Underground.  Liaising with designers and engineers from a wide range of disciplines, including Pway, Civils, Highways, Environmental and Safety, and issuing weekly reports to our client Taylor Woodrow.  Also tasked with the development of the Rail Resource programme and the production of various resourced bid programmes in P6 and MS Project as requested.

I joined Crossrail in June 2015 where I am directly accountable for ensuring visibility and accuracy of programme performance data, and providing the Executive Leadership with the information they need in order to manage the programme and maintain their focus in the right areas. Having joined an already established world-class team, my primary focus in the first 6 months has been to review and evolve the Controls function to ensure that it is ‘fit-for-purpose’ for the remainder of the duration of the works. 1. Worked with the Project Control Manager on what are required for the control of the project in term of scheduling, monitoring and reporting to client for the line under our control.  

2. Liaise with the Project Management Office as what are the overall project requirements and obligations to the client so that my team can be in alignment to the needs.

· Preparing of Basic Contract Schedule & Integrate schedules from engineering,procurement, subcontractors to create Master Schedule· Interface with Engineering and Procurement to quantify assumptions and align Activities.· Break activities into smaller weighted steps and track the completion of the steps todetermine the activity percent complete· Assign resources to activities to admeasure & generate distribution curves toaccurately reflect how the work is performed

Bombardier Transport - Derby

My initial brief and goals  was to fully develop a harmoniised schedule for onboard signaling systems linked to the Crossrail Programme objectives and develop  fully harmonised schedules for signaling at a test track. The schedules to be in sufficient detail as to understand the infaces and be linked as to understand the logic allowing for critical path analysis.
