To draw up the overall project schedule and coordinate this with the detailed schedules of the various project disciplines.  Execute the programme with the relevant co-owners and continue to develop, manage and monitor the overall schedule  Advising on and monitoring critical pathways using advanced project management software such as Primavera. Independently and pro-actively supplying the necessary data in order to provide the most up-to-date and complete picture possible of the project's progress,

·         Develop detailed resource loaded programme based on tender design    documents / general and particular specifications and methodologies

·         Manage and coordinate systems interface planning, databases and providing robust look-a-head forecasts

·         Managing Primavera P6 related planning at a high level containing all agreed activities, deliverables, milestones, client deliverables and all based on Work Breakdown Structure (WBS).

·         Dedicated planning role to assist the site Technicians and Project Manager on site and works with the Area Directors to ensure maximum efficiency, safety and quality on live projects.
