Several years of experience of working with Primavera P6 and sometimes MS Project, as a Project Planner in the Rail, Utilities and Highways industries. Producing and developing costed and resourced programmes to strict deadlines. Experience of creating reports, baselines and ‘S’ curves in P6, to compare and calculate Earned Value, Cost Performance Indices, Schedule Performance Indices, Actual Costs to Date and Anticipated Final Costs.
