Lead and Manage Planning Services (Team of 7) for Rail Projects
Establish and enhance planning assurance and governance frameworks, procedures, and practices
Develop and improve on planning framework, standards, practices including alignment with corporate requirements such as SAP
Manage Enterprise planning system and process
Project planning and control and support for the development of the procedures for the management of the project and interface with the client.
Initially appointed as the Planning Manager, Program Management Office (PMO) – Dubai Metro and Tram O&M Contract to spearhead the planning, reporting and programme development functions of PMO, later promoted to Senior Planning Manager to lead the planning and reporting activities for ongoing/upcoming rail projects in the Middle East.
Instrumental in the development of strategic integrated change management programme led by the Programme Director (PMO); demonstrated how identified change management initiatives will be implemented over a period to improve the service delivery efficiency through multi-skilling, attaining cost efficiency and as a result, desired future savings achieved by RTA
A highly credible Project Management Professional collectively gained more than 15 years of prudent experience working in several multidisciplinary challenging projects across Middle East and India. Nov.4 – Feb.6 Project: Underfloor Wheel Lathe, Northfields Depot (£2.8M)This project is the design and construction of a facility (20m x 15m x 7m high) and installation of the underfloor wheel lathe at Northfields Depot.
