Planning and the development of programmes, applications and networks for cyclic monitoring, quality and resource management for mechanical and electrical works.



Network management and structure coding for infrastructure, system installation and project-wide commissioning works. Monitoring and reporting for project works.

Responsible for development of detailed plans, networks and programmes for surface and sub-surface construction, NATM and bored tunnelling activities, and mechanical and electrical systems installations and commissioning works.



Responsible for ongoing development of project control and cyclic progress reporting & change control systems. The network manager for the programming / structure coding of infrastructure and system installation and commissioning works.

Responsible for project planning and project controls for the Hong Kong Airport Railway Project, Disneyland & Pennies Bay Rail Link, Tseung Kwan O Rail Line, and the Shatin to Central Mass Transit Railway extension projects.



Responsibilities being in relation to the programming, reporting, risk management and project control of reclamation works, foundations, tunnels, high quality architectural finishing, building services and electrical, mechanical and track system installations and project commissioning works.
