Programme Controls Manager on £370M Rail Project. Development of master programme addressing detailed design, procurement, construction & commissioning. Cost, resource & quantity loaded. Coordination & interfacing of multiple major work packages. Selection & management of contractors & liaising with stakeholders. Team consists of three project planners, one planning assistant and one document controller.

Issuing clear and adequate information to Construction Managers & Site Agents.
The recording of information for actual achievements in a concise and understandable fashion.
The Production of all necessary management reports for consideration and review at senior management level.
The upkeep of milestone production figures and progress curves.
Planning Enginer on TPWS
• Maintain and manage the development , implementation and execution of the scheduling process for the Railway and Electrification of the new Railway line for Gautrain.
• Liaise with project team on the status of the project schedule activities and deliverables.
• Ensure schedule acceptance with the necessary stakeholders.
• Update workbook with revised schedule dates and forecast billings accordingly
• Develop a logic driven schedule
• Monitor and assess any deviation from baseline schedule
• Conduct work breakdown structures
