Lead Planner for Investments delivery division covering Signaling, Telecommunications, Electrification and Plant Projects. Responsibilities include the supervision of all planning staff, ensuring that processes are followed and monitoring data/schedule integrity and producing reports for senior management.
Current Role
Secondments through Schofield Lothian from 2004 to 2009 included Colas Rail, Balfour Beatty, Amec Spie Rail and the BB Management Gas Allicance.
Key Responsibilities & Selected Achievements:
Project planning for renewal projects carried out at depot level
Planning maintenance work for routine as well as cyclic maintenance
Migration from multiple legacy systems to one standard maintenance capturing system and planning system
Successfully created databases for the weekly production of performance against planned works reports
Detailed design / project planning and scheduleing / resource and cost management
