January 2012 - present : Lead Planning Engineer - responsible for the schedule baselining, progress tracking, delay analysis, reporting and presentations to top management, and other general functions related to project control. The projects involves mainly are various sub-project components for the Automatic Train Operation of Rio Tinto's (Western Australia) driveless mining trains trasporting Ore from the site to inland ports for shipping overseas.

Work Profile Develop and maintain the WBS and project schedule of the principle phases, project activities, events, durations, sequencing, detailing key activities and milestone events, constraints and influencing factors affecting the project schedule. Provide the team with an integrated, comprehensive management tool providing critical path method scheduling. Undertake planning scheduling studies (analysis) including identification of potential and delay activities and impacts of critical components of the project.
