   Duties & Responsibilities:

·         Maintain the current and baseline schedule and analyze the effect of proposed changes.

·         Maintain critical path diagrams and computer analysis of program to ensure project target dates are met.

Planning, Scheduling, preparation of WBS and establishing progress measurement system.

Preparation of baseline schedule and progress schedule. Project monitoring and update reports.

Designed and developed the Action Plan Program to complete MEP activities.

Prepared CBS, cost control activities and cash flow analysis.
