Sales Engineer at Cost Engeering Consultancy, a leading provider of services and software (Cleopatra) related to Total Cost Management. 

Responsibilities involve managing Contractor's Works Program, coordination with Project Managers and liaise with Client's Planning team, progress reporting, progress billing, site engineering, quantity take-off, progress meeting, and progress evaulation discussion with the Client.

Project Engineer, Planner & Scheduler

Manage 4M ( Manpower, Machine, Method & Money)

Responsible for preparing and updating resource loaded schedules. Scheduling performed utilizing Primavera P6.2 to produce CPM Schedules and associated progress reporting, cost reporting and project analysis. Scheduled all activities associated with the project to produce an integrated critical path schedule, updated weekly and reported potential problems to the Project Manager. While updating the schedule, evaluated the accuracy of the project forecast by assessing actual cost incurred and physical progress achieved for all phases of the project.

·         Responsible for managing and mentoring a team of 7 planners – performing annual appraisals and setting personal objectives for each member.

·         Participate in global group planning standardization, and developing standardize progress reporting utilizing EVMS

·         Construct Level 2 EPCI schedules for FPSO, Deep Water Buoy, FLNG and TLP’s proposals
