I was working on subsea protection structures which include a main outer protection frame, fitted out ICMs, roof panels and location piles as part of Total’s Ellon and Grant Life Extension Project. I compiled a fully integrated cost and resource loaded programme covering detailed design, procurement, fabrication, construction, surface protection FAT/SIT and load out which was used for client progress reporting and internal earned value management and reporting.
With over 20 years of Nuclear Projects experience, I am currently a Senior Planning Engineer for the Outage Management & Site Integration Team at Sellafield. I provide challenge and direction to the Operating Unit teams with regards to the scheduling and planning of outages, ensuring that business benefits are optimised by the selection of the optimum outage schedule.
