Civil Engineering graduate with further studies in Project Management and Construction Management. AACEI professional licensed in Earned Value Management (EVP) and Planning/Scheduling (PSP).
Led the Engineering team for the construction execution of submarine cable, overhead transmission line, substation, building and underground cable projects;
Led the development of project controls processes and standards;
Led the development and update of project schedule, cost report, cash flow, progress billing, KPI report, progress report, daily report, resource planning, curve and histogram;
Led the development of labor, materials, equipment, cutting list and cost estimates and construction methodology and sequence;
