§  Productivity analysis.

Change orders management regarding schedule impacts.

Project: Ternium Pesqueria – 1069 MM USD

Construction of a Greenfield Industrial Project for Ternium (Pickling line Tandem Cold Mill, Galvanizing Line, 4 Finishing Lines, Utilities)

§  Development and implementation of engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning planning for a Cold Rolled Steel Mill and Galvanizing plant.

§  Inform and detect early warnings regarding the project progress against original plan, and report it to the management.

§  Cost control analysis, regarding man hours and materials.

Project: SLT 1119 - T&T SURESTE– 300 MM USD - Construction of a Substation and 4 Overhead power lines.

§  Cost control analysis. Man hours, materials, equipment, wages, salaries, etc. 

§  Weekly/Monthly progress reports and schedule update.

Trainee - Planning and Cost Control Auxiliary

Duties:

• Schedule updates.
• Reporting.
• Basic Cost Control

As a Database Analyst in the Procurement Unit, I support the Procurement Manager in in-depth review of tender and bid documents, review of Project Master Schedule for all Procurement activities and monitor the progress of the project phases in accordance with the scheduled times, cost, quality estimates and objectives. I am also responsible for sourcing and recommending suitable and qualified suppliers for the materials/services needs of the organization, monitoring and evaluating vendor performance, as well as maintenance of procurement database and management information systems.
