Iran South Azadegan Oil Field Projectbe responsible for project deputy manager of construction and planning & Cost control

• Built up the WBS, weighting system, level 1-4 master schedules baseline, Manpower Histogram and progress curves for progress reports. Built up the project progress measure system.
• Set up resourcing plans for the overall and individual project phases, track and monitor master schedule. Fish-bone milestone schedule preparation and update.
• Weekly update each discipline’s progress S-curves and regular reports preparation and issue to team.

• Responsible for initial preparation, financing, organizing key crew and establishing organization chart. Closely communicated with senior management of National Iranian Oil Company (NIOC), generated the general schedule and programmed for NIOC and SEI and Consortium, and defined specific action plans. In charge of project managers from both sides and issued a detailed project objectives and milestones.

• Take the lead of control team to control the whole process of the 1-5 period design and replication work, reasonably assigned the work tasks, clarify the scope of work and workflow of the team members and adjust them in time, prepare the P6 level 2 & 3 schedule, and upload the cost and labor man-hour for assistant the management to make a right decision on the duration and the project's capital using, and additional hiring temporary employees or outside subcontractors.

Lead Project Planner 

Responsibilities are to develop an acceptable cost loaded baseline, project performance monitoring, application of EVMs on project, detailed volumetric related to project and proactive assessment of project status. I manage, revise, track and maintain status of the detailed project cost estimate/forecast to include all phases of project execution from design, procurement, survey, environmental and construction

Leading the planning and project control function for the assigned proposal and/or project
