AFormulating and scheduling plans for Mechanical Works with plant running and working close to H2S pipe lines.
AJob list preparations with the support of SAP systems for Material Planning and Primavera for activity scheduling and resource allocation.
AMaster Project Schedule development incorporating milestone dates as well as planning package detailing and incorporating required functions in the Project Plan
AA Contractual Detail Schedule enclosing all the discipline activities including PO release, manufacturing, deliver, site preparation, erection, testing and commissioning
ATo monitor the cost and project progress trend-lines using the various project control methods and planning strategies
AIdentify the delays in the execution of the project or activities via schedule analysis and PERT methodology of sequencing the activities with even distribution of loads
ACoordinate with the Cost engineers to devise means of extracting details of the project cost and schedule health with respect to planned and forecasted cost
ADevelop and update Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and Cost Code of Accounts (CCA), project-specific Cost Control Procedures, Cost Breakdown Structure (CBS)
ACreate the Project First Budget from tender estimates and monitor the cost booking to respective Cost Centers
AEstablish the project controls function of for all projects in terms of planning/scheduling, cost estimating, cost budgeting, cost control, change management and progress and performance management.
