Currently working for Monadelphous Associates, Oil and Gas division on a Structural, Mecahnical and Piping package on the IChthys LNG onshore facilities in Darwing, Northern Territory, Australia.

My role as a planner, consists of several planning and porject controls duties, including the below:

Solicit Bids and recommend awards based on technical criteria.

Compose requisitions for generation to purchase order.

Interface between project and supply chain as required.

Performed Planning & Controlling Roles in Coal Handling Plant for GMR CG Thermal Power Plant Project, India.

ü  Prepare and update project schedule for an assigned project based activity work breakdown structure (WBS) and resource allocations

ü  Set work program and target milestones for each phase based on the project plan

ü  Monitor critical activities based on the project schedule and advise project management

ü  Prepare and submit updated work program and S-curve showing actual progress and identify areas of weakness and establish means and methods for recovery, if any, as well as new critical activities

Safely delivering projects for Aquatic and their Subsea Clients from £100k to over £1Million, ensuring that the relevant departments contribute their part to successfully deliver across the world.

 Managing the Aquatic equipment and Operators supplied on projects which consisted of Reel Drive Systems and Tensioners of various capacities for subsea lay and recovery of Umbilicals, flexible pipelines and cables.

Manufactured a topside winch and reeler spread with a central PLC control cabin for the Brent Delta decommissioning project - Project Value £1.2Million

 Completed a £4Million manufacturing project utilising a team of engineers, draughting and subcontracted resources for the build which is now being commissioned for a deployment spread to deliver three chain winches used successfully to lay the largest mooring chain in the world.

 Managing hire projects including the first ACE Reel Drive System, up to £1Million

 Leading FAT's for both new build equipment and hire assets
