Project Controls Administrator/P6 Scheduler

•Meticulously linked P6 EPPM with Oracle Contract Management and Kronos Time-keeping Software to ensure complete project management.

•Prepared, issued and maintained proposal and production schedules in P6 EPPM utilizing contract and or engineering documents.

•Prepared, loaded, and maintained contracts in Oracle Contract Management, for overall contract cost and production monitoring.

Planner/Scheduler II & Cost Control Manager

•Utilizes Primavera P6 daily and Microsoft Project per request

•Prepares, issues, and maintains management and project-level schedules and other project specific schedules, as required.

•Prepares and analyzes schedule status reports. Maintains progress and performance charts and reports to communicate project performance to clients and Project management.

•Actively participates in the management of key project materials in close collaboration with Engineering, Construction, and Procurement.

Project services for production projects for operating company in Kashagan field. Mainly brownfield projects.

Monitor overall construction activities and schedules, and report any problem, deviation, non-conformance, or delay in construction progress and actions to be taken.

Review the EPC contractor’s manpower and equipment mobilization and assignments relative to the construction schedule and quality requirement.

Review the project’s actual progress using Field Progress Measurement System techniques, and notify project manager in a timely manner of any delay that can lead to the delay of project completion.

·         Reviews Contractor’s planning and progress report submittals, prepares letters to the Contractor and addresses accuracy and quality of the submissions. 

·         Reviews multiple Contractors’ schedules on the Programme to identify planning coordination issues and any adverse impact on Baseline Schedules, providing advice on efficient work activity sequencing and resequencing. 

·         Prepare and maintain complex construction, engineering and procurement schedules for projects.

·         Review and incorporate subcontractor schedules into the Master Schedule.

·         Provide recommendations for corrective action due to delays in certain aspects of the project.

·         Develop schedules in Primavera for projects during all stages of the project.
