Ø  Submitting Weekly reports to Client.

Experience in

a. Planning & Scheduling : 4500 Hrs approx

i) Computing the weekly activities as per the Target % requirement.

ii) Simulation & 8 weeks look ahead/ forecasting.

iii) Progress Monitoring & Reporting. Highlighting the Project Manager of the delay in activities.

iv) S-curve updation of Physical progress on weekly basis.

v) Scrutinizing Schedules from the proposed Subcontractors to check its compatibility with Master Schedule.
