Operation Manager for OMT at GN Power.

OMT manages all phases of the Capital Projects and Outages for the GN Power fleet of CFP units. As the largest owner of energy in the Philippines, it is critical our units remain online producing energy.

I head up a team of over 40 professional Project Services and Technical resources that plan, prepare, procure, contract and execute these projects and outages.

• Newport EFW Project

Construction of Energy from waste Facility, this is an EPC form of Contract. The works include the Engineering, procurement and construction of all infrastructure, Process Plants (boiler, ACC, Turbine, Flue Gas Treatment Plant & BOPs) Process buildings, and commissioning of the facilities.

Responsibilities

·        Newport EFW Project

Senior P6 consultant for P6 ver20 ppm&eppm. Trainer&heldesk to users. 

Talasol´s Plant (Spain) 300Mw photovoltaic plant. MS-Project senior planner/controller. Reconstruction of original plan, weekly control, and reporting directly to client.

Porvoo Refinery´s Primavera planner. Scheduler and controller. Schedule Risk analysis advisor. Controlling of 4 started projects, one turn-around.
