Developing and writing a book about best practices, methods, techniques for integrated planning & scheduling, Earned Value Management(EVM) and Risk Analysis using Monta Carlo Simulations for Cost-Schedule Risk Analysis. The working title of the book is “Projecten Praktijkgericht Plannen." The subtitle is “Praktijkgericht plannen van projecten volgens PMBOK® Guide & ISO 21500

My main job responsibilities were as follows:
· Planning and Execution of works as per design & drawing.
Senior Project Engineer / Engineering Manager / Project Manager for various engineering projects including Conceptual Engineering, FEED, Detailed Engineering for both green field and brownfield of Wellhead Platform, Central Processing Platform, Living Quarter Module and Platform.
In charge of engineering for EPCI of a CPP, an LQ, a WHP, flare tower package.
Planner/Scheduler
Resonsible for development, maintenance, monitoring and control of project schedules for various projects throughout Newfoundland and Labrador.
Team Lead Planning & Scheduling
Leading group responsible for planning & scheduling activities within NL Hydro Engineering Services Division.
Responsible for overall development of job packs and execution schedules that will deliver pacesetter turnaround performance in safety, environmental, and business performance for low/medium and high complexity events.
Turnaround & Shutdown Management
• Turnaround & Shutdown Planning, Scheduling / Preparation, Control / Monitoring and Close-out reporting
