Coordination and expediting of the teams for the completion of the vendor documentation and support for the commissioning phase of the project

Planning of the activities, expediting and coordination of the engineering and procurement activities including the resolution of the issues concerning the delays, mistakes in the design, non-conformities of the materials and other quality and logistic issues.

Project Planner and Cost Controller for several EPC projects for the O&G industry in KSA and Italy. The roles has included the following duties: budgeting, development of schedules (baselines and progress updates), cost control and cash flow, claim management, reports for the executives.

During this work tenue, main responsibilities and accountabilities were-

·   Studied bid documents; pre-bid site visits and prepared reports illustrating the techno commercial aspects of the bid, framed out technical and commercial clauses that need to be considered for accurate cost estimation, bid risk review presentations

·   Spearheaded the development of integrated tender schedule using Primavera (P3.1/ P6); produced suite of histograms
