Client’s Name: EASTERN PETROCHEMICAL COMPANY (SHARQ)

Project Title: SHARQ 3RD EXPANSION UTILITIES AND OFFSITES PROJECT

Project Location: JUBAIL, KINGDOM OF SAUDI ARABIA

Under general supervision, provides contracts and pricing support within the SAP system, with specific emphasis on Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) and Price Uploader;

Main Task in Head office - Subcontract Management.

Prepare and issue Requests for Proposal (RFPs) to vendors and subcontractors, including development of contract documents, solicitation, and assistance with subcontractor and vendor negotiations

Receive proposals, evaluate on basis of low price, best value or other methods and prepare evaluation documents for review by relevant project team members.

In Total Tenure involved in following activities. –

Develop and implement procedures for contract management and administration in compliance with company policy.

Work with Risk Management Department / Finance to coordinate contractual insurance requirements
