I was brought onto the team at Methanex, Geismar to help get th eproper systems and processes in place for their forst maintenance turnaround.

• Writing and implementing Turnaround planning policies and procedures.
• Reviewing contractor schedules for logical work order and accuracy
• Planning Mechanical and IE work orders for turnarounds and shutdowns
• Ordering material and interfacing with vendors to supply clarification on technical questions
• Issuing requisitions for material through MAXIMO
• Verifying and kitting material for work order exec

I was brought into the Cornerstone organization to help them drive to schedule driven turnaround environment, through the use of proper planning and scheduling techniques.

I was brought to the construction management team, from the previous project, to implement the missing project controls structure required of a global entity.

Iwas brought in to establish a means of better managing resources and tracking cost in the engineering environment. This enabled CRA to optimize their resources and accurately view their resource availability and allocation for future work.

While at Turner I had the opportunity to become very diverse in my scheduling experience. My time there has allowed me to work on everything from maintenance and turnaround programs to large construction projects.

My experiences at Turner allowed me to work in the Oil and Gas, Pharma, Petrochem, and Energy industries for several clients across the Gulf South.
