• Create, plan and progress scheme programmes using a work breakdown structure in Primavera. • Ensure compliance with company and government regulations, policies and processes of scheme programmes throughout the development phase. • Engagement with internal stakeholders to support project development and enable on time delivery of projects through project phases of development and delivery. • Ensure high quality of scheme programmes through accuracy and consistency of data.
Present: 4 years Project Controls Programme Manager leading a team of P6 Planners building cost loaded programmes for all capital schemes starting in the development phase of NG's gated process including Major Infrastructure schemes requiring a DCO (Development Consent Order)
Responsible for updating planning policy for the planning element of Project Controls.
Previous roles:
Change Control Manager: Set up and managed capital delivery change control board for all governance changes and the release of programme and project contingency.

Duties:
Creating and maintaining 4th and 3rd level construction schedules
Creating 4th level precomission schedule (by testpacks)
Prepare of detailed analysis and written reports
• Planning, scheduling and updating Master Schedule (Level 1 – 2) and detail schedule (Level 3 - 4).
• Review, monitoring and preparing project schedule report summaries (including Engineering Document Register, Procurement Schedule, Expediting Report, S-Curve and Progress & Invoice Monthly Report) of Master Schedule that have been assigned.
• Coordinate with Engineering team for monitoring the Engineering deliverable.
• Coordinate with Procurement and Logistic team to monitor material preparation before construction works.

- Ability to develop and update schedules, create reports and provide analysis using Microsoft Project and Primavera

• Review contractors project schedule and prepare join schedule of contractor work.
• Monitor and analyze ongoing construction offshore schedule and advice works priority.
• Prepare and monitor status of variation works.
• Coordinate with Construction and Operation to maintain the target schedule as Contractor 3 week look ahead plan.
• Intergrate the Fabrication planning with the Offshore work planning.
• Coordinate with Engineering team to accommodate input from Engineering task sheet.
