Title : Lead Field Cost Control Engineer.



A Project with a scope of work including all the civil works, underground piping and miscellaneous E/M works for the 750 X 2 MW power plant (BUDGET: L.E 265 Million), the main tasks for my position included but were not limited to:

1. Preparing Client Invoices.

2. Preparing Sub-Contractor Contracts, Amendments and Invoices.

3. Preparing Progress Reports (Daily, Weekly, and Monthly).

4. Material Control (Receipt-Used-Scrap-Return-Transferred-Stock-Balance).

Title : Deputy Lead Field Cost Control Engineer.



E.P.C Project for Natural Gas Liquefaction about 1,500 Million USD and over 20 subcontractors-with BECHTEL as the main contractor-the main tasks for my position included but were not limited to:

1. Preparation of monthly cost reports.

2. Preparation forecast cost reports for train II of the project.

3. Preparation of cost cutting measures.

4. Coordinate with home office for issuance of the Financial Status Reports.

5. Monthly reconciliation of all S/C’s, Po’s and Invoices.

Title : Lead Field Cost Control Engineer.

Construction for a project for Natural Gas Liquefaction valued around 6,50 Million USD, the main tasks for my position included but were not limited to:

1. Establishing and updating monthly cost reports (Including Narratives) using estimate and project budget files to monitor the overall project performance.

2. Preparing forecast cost reports for different items of the project

3. Establishing and running of systems for analyzing the performance of the self-executed items.

     As Planning including the following:-

1. Preparation and monitoring of project Schedule.

2. Preparation of monthly schedule update.

3. Preparing three weeks look ahead schedule.

4. Full control For AG Piping and Steel Structure (Scope – Erectable – Actual – Released - Open Front).

5. Preparing S-Curves, Trend Charts and Quantity Charts for all disciplines.

6. Analysis of baseline to target schedule.



As Progress Monitoring “Preparing a weekly progress Package” Which included the following:-

The same project below, I got promoted to the planning and progress monitoring department manager position, the duties included all the previous in addition to;

1. Liaising with clients/senior management.

2. Implementing project controls procedures.

3. Managing all the department issues.

Current Role

As the Project Engineer supervising piping sub-project including coordination, planning and acceptance processes.



As the lead Project Planner responsible for development, implementation and maintenance of Contractual Programmes, Planning and Reporting Systems and Construction & Commissioning Programmes for the following projects:



- construction of boiler station with all auxiliary systems producing steam used in sampling, controlling and automation systems and for keeping up the processes of closing the reactor in Ignalina Nuclear Plant
