1. Planning & coordination of prestigious `Urea Piping Project`of Nagarjuna Fertilizer under the major EPC contractor, Snamprogetti S.p.a., Italy.

2. Project scheduling & monitoring of progress using `S-Curve`, Bar Chart, Histogram etc.

3. Billing, realisation of bills, extra claims & contractual matters.

4. Maintaining material status.

5. Monitoring of work front available.

6. Preparation of project progress report for Snamprogetti S.p.a. & Head Office.

7. Expedition of all technical discrepancies with Snamprogetti.

1. Planning & coordination of prestigious South Oman Mechanical Service Contract of Petroleum Development Oman, C-08041.

2. Review of Job Order.

3. Scheduling & monitoring of progress using Bar Chart/GANTT Chart on "MS PROJECT".

4. Presentation of `Look Ahead Plan` with respective resources & planned shutdown.

5. Monitoring & follow up for outstanding materials with PDO & Material Controller.

6. Resources allocation, optimization etc.

7. Control of CVI, FTR/RFJ, day works, extra claims etc. in liaison with Q.S.

1. Planning & scheduling of shipyard activities of ARAMCO-West Pier Ship Repair Contract.

2. Preparing daily manpower summary & distribution for emergency repairs, PPM & refit of ABS Class ARAMCO owned vessels & jack up barges.

3. Co-ordination with ARAMCO Port Engineers, Unit Foreman, Superintendents, Chief Engineers, Captains etc.

4. Review of refit specification and scheduling for vessels dry-docking & wet-docking for under-water & above-water repairs based on critical path.
