Advisory role on all techno commercial issues for all ongoing projects in the company.

I was responsible for overall Project Management & Control including Planning, Monitoring, Co-ordination with Customer, Consultants and Sub-contractors with regard to contractual matters, erection activities at site, requisite approvals from Client & Statutory Bodies etc. Major projects to my credit are :



PROJECT: LP piping system for 2x210 MW Thermal Power Station, Talchar, Orissa, INDIA.

OWNER: NTPC (National Thermal Power Corporation), INDIA.



PROJECT: CW & LP Piping system at 2x210 MW Thermal PowerStation, Khaperkheda, Maharashtra, INDIA.

Rresponsible for the Project Control Department for overall Planning, Scheduling, Forecasting, Monitoring progress, MIS, training concerned persons for various Project Management requirements, Co-ordination with Client, Consultant, Sub-contractor and our Head Office / other departments for control works at project site.

PROJECT: 2x600 MW EL-KUREIMAT THERMAL POWER PROJECT.

OWNER: EGYPTIAN ELECTRICITY AUTHORITY - EGYPT.

CONSULTANTS : RAYTHEON ( EBASCO) – USA

I was responsible for overall Planning, Scheduling and Monitoring progress of the total project for all four units including manpower Planning & Resource scheduling, Co-ordination with client, consultants, sub-contractors etc. for the project works. Value of the project was approx. 500 Million USD.



PROJECT: 4x250 MW GHARB THERMAL POWER PROJECT.

OWNER: TAVANIR, Ministry of Energy, IRAN.

CONSULTANTS: Ghods Niroo Consulting Engineers, IRAN.

Overall Planning, Scheduling, Forecasting, Monitoring progress, training the concerned persons for various Project Management aspects, co-ordination with Client, Consultants, Sub-contractors & our management for controlling all six pumping stations from Khartoum.
