Current Role

Responsible for Projects Planning and Control department at Danieli S.p.A.. Main responsibility is to establish/implement guidelines, standards and best practices for project scheduling, controlling, progress evaluation and interfacing with clients, site offices and subcontractors. Other responsibilities include interfacing with IT department in order to analyze, optimize and/or implement software solutions for project management.

Involved in the re-instrumentation of an existing refinery plant (foreseen duration 30 months). In charge for planning, analysis and tracking of the project schedule (engineering, procurement and construction), weekly/monthly progress reports. Client: ESSO

Involved in the realization of a combined cycle power plant (foreseen duration 22 months). In charge for planning, analysis and tracking of the project schedule (engineering, procurement and construction), weekly/monthly progress reports. Client: RATIE/MERLONI

Involved in the revamping/upgrading of a refinery plant (foreseen duration 13 months). In charge for planning, analysis and tracking of the project schedule (engineering, procurement and construction), detailed schedule for T/A activities on daily base, daily/weekly/monthly reporting to Head Office and Project Manager. Client: ESSO

Involved in the realization of a manufacturing plant (foreseen duration 18 months). In charge for planning, analysis and tracking of the project schedule (engineering, procurement and construction), weekly/monthly reporting to Head Office and Project Manager (Cost Control, Construction Progress, etc.). Other main duties consist in creation of internal software (using Visual Basic and/or Access/Excel) for the site management. Client: MONTEFIBRE

Involved in the realization of a Polypropylene plant (foreseen duration 2 years). In charge for planning, analysis and tracking of the project schedule (engineering, procurement and construction), weekly/monthly reporting to Head Office and Project Manager (Cost Control, Construction Progress, etc.). Other main duties consist in local network management and creation of internal software (using Visual Basic and/or Access/Excel) for the project management. Client: HELLENIC PETROLEUM

Involved in the realization of a Polypropylene plant (foreseen duration 18 months). In charge for planning, analysis and tracking of the project schedule (engineering, procurement and construction), site cost control, weekly/monthly reporting to Head Office and Project Manager, local network management. Client: MONTELL (Joint-venture SHELL/MONTEDISON)

Involved in the realization of a LPG (Liquid Propane Gas) production plant (foreseen duration 23 months). In charge for the realization of the project schedule (engineering, procurement and construction), weekly and monthly reporting to Head Office and Project Manager.

Involved in the realization of a Steel Complex plant (foreseen duration 4 years). In charge for tracking of the project schedule (only construction), weekly and monthly reporting to Head Office and Project Manager, realization of internal software (Clipper, DBIII+). Client: IRAN STEEL COMPANY
