Performed planning and project control activities for Sakhalin-II Project using Primavera software. The Sakhalin-II Project is the world’s largest integrated oil and gas development. Sakhalin Energy, an affiliate of Gazprom, is the operator of the Sakhalin-II Project. Other participants in the Sakhalin-II Consortium are: Shell is a worldwide group of oil, gas and petrochemical companies; two Japanese trading houses, Mitsui and Mitsubishi.

Performed planning and project control activities for Sakhalin-I Project using Primavera software. The Sakhalin-I Project is an oil and gas development on the northeast shelf of Sakhalin Island. Exxon Neftegas Limited, an affiliate of Exxon Mobil Corporation, is the operator of the Sakhalin-I Project. Other participants in the Sakhalin-I Consortium are: two Russian companies, Sakhalinmorneftegas-Shelf and RN-Astra; the Japanese company Sakhalin Oil and Gas Development Co., Ltd.; and India’s ONGC Videsh Ltd.

Drew up quotations, work scope assessments; developed and concluded contracts and change orders for construction and installation activities; liaised with the Client to get progress verification reports signed off, performed contract termination activities. Carried out cost control activities for projects approximating 300 mln. rubles in total value.

Completed a €189.000.000 230 MW combined cycle power plant (CCGT) project in Cyprus (phase III, Unit4) and are in the final commissioning stages of Phase IV, Unit5 (230MW CCGT worth €230m) and working on the newly awarded phase IV Unit6 (230MW worth €230.000.000), a 60MW PV park, as well as several tenders in the Power Generation and Oil & Gas sectors
