Recruited during the installation phase of the thermoelectric power plant CET3 (no. 3 gas turbines Nuovo Pignone of 115 MW and no. 3 steam turbines Ansaldo Industria of 85 MW) inside the Ilva steel works mill at Taranto. This is an innovative plant: a combined cycle fed by recovery fuel gases, produced by the steel work process, provided with a post-firing system.

Including fuel transfer and purification systems, feed water make-up and storage tanks, demineralising plant, sea water screen and pumping system. Responsible for the preparation and maintenance of the project schedule, review and comment on Contractors schedules and progress. Preparation of weekly and monthly progress reports.

Preparation and implementation of procedures for an integrated project controls system. Responsible for the development, management and control of the project schedule; monitor and control the budget, costs, manhours, forecast, progress, earned value and performance factor analysis.

ZapSib-2 Project represents a major expansion of the existing SIBUR facility and consists of an integrated Ethylene, Polyethylene and Polypropylene Production Complex. Total capital cost of US$ 9.5 billion.
Recruited during the construction phase of the Polyethylene plant (four polyethylene production units with a production capacity of 1.5 million tpy) to provide project controls consultancy to SIBUR, which involves the production of schedules, baselines and other related materials.

The scope includes dredging of the marine channel (ca 71 Km long), construction of Cargo Offloading Facility including turning basin, two moorages and six berth.
