Current Role

•     Maintain and update current project plans, this includes updating plans with percentage completes on individual activities, critical path analysis and updating actual costs.

•     Create Level 4 and Level 3 plans for Lifetime Plan 2008, this includes creating detailed schedules, resource loaded and fully costed. Projects vary in scope from civil work to safety cases to fire safety enhancements.

•     Running Pertmaster risk analysis to create P50/P80 plans which could then be realistically and effectively “rolled-up” to Level 3 for reporting purposes.

•     Principal design Planning Engineer for large (circa £1bn) international enrichment facility project located in mainland Europe.

•     Oversee all design planning aspects relating to project, including feasibility studies, construction, design changes, delivery and commissioning.

I was a document controller which consisted of the control, storage, retrieval and distribution of engineering drawings and documentation.

I was a planner working on Sellafield Thorp projects creating detailed project programmes from FEL stages to implementation using MS Project and P3 software. Working on multiple projects I produced programmes and manpower estimates for the following phases whilst reporting on the current phases using critical path analysis and earned value.

As a lead planner working on Sellafield B38 projects my role was to lead a small planning team to update the project programme on a monthly basis using P3e software and produce various reports for resource control and earned value reporting.

Working on B38 projects at the Sellafield plant my role was to project a programme to underpin the Lifetime Plan 2007 using P3e software.
