MATERIAL COORDINATOR/PLANNER TURNAROUND: Cost Controller, Material Planning and Scheduling for Turnaround. Several Turnarounds and Emergency Shutdowns (for about 60 MMUS$/yr and 900,000 Mhr/ Year) of Crude units, Hydrogen units, Hydrotreater units, Delayed Coker Units, Flare systems, Kerosene unit, Sulphur units, Package Boilers, Turbo Generators, Desalination units and Visbreaker/Vacuum Flasher unit.
PROJECT SITE SUBCONTRACT CONTROL MGR- Cost Control System tool set up for the GLF Project, PIMS, PRISM Cost Control tool set up for Construction. Prepare the Manpower Load for Construction. Assist in the preparation for Cash flow of the Whole project Model working with the Business manager and team leaders of the partnership. Cost control of construction phase at the site for direct hire project 700 Million US$.
Manager of Planning and Control and Administration of Projects: for the direct supervision, of 15 people, during the peak of the project reporting to Construction Manager. Pigap Plant II, 2.6 million man-hours in construction, 8 GE/Nuevo Pig none frame 5 compressors to inject gas at 10,000 psig, 1,500,000,000 scfd, including all the associated Civil, Mechanical, Electric works and Instrumentation. A Dehydration plant and filtration, approximately 6 kilometers of distribution piping for injection to 4 maculas and a total of 12 wells.

2. Development of overall progress measurement systems for project progress monitoring and productivity reporting across all work locations.
3. Earned value management (EVM), monitoring & analysis of SE levels.
4. Monitoring of work progress & costs preparing variance reports against originals.
